Italian Language Courses for ERASMUS+ students in Italy

 

During 15 years, the University for Foreigners of Siena was one of the organiser of EILC (Erasmus Intensive Language Courses) in Italy. Starting from 2014/2015 academic year, the new ERASMUS+ Programme has cancelled the EILC courses, which have been replaced by OLS (Online Linguistic Support). 

In order to keep on our longstanding experience and give to perspective Erasmus students in Italy the opportunity to improve their Italian language skills, we organise also for the next academic year the EPLUS intensive Italian language courses ONLY for 2024/2025 Erasmus+ students in Italy (either for study or traineeship), for 2 or 4 weeks, during summer 2024 and winter 2025. 

We offer EPLUS 2024/2025 Italian language courses in both forms: in remote (online synchronous) and in attendance. 

* IMPORTANT: These courses are NOT for students who will spend their Erasmus for study period at Università per Stranieri di Siena (I SIENA02), because they have the chance to attend up to 3 months of Italian language courses for free.

The courses will take place for 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday afternoon, approximately from 17.30 to 20, Italian time).

LEVELS

Courses will be organised at all CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) levels, from A1 to C2. The first day of classes students will take a placement test. Upon test results, students will be enrolled in the appropriate level for their knowledge of Italian language.
